Look #142: Putting It All Together

One of the best parts about being a Second Life Fashion Blogger is getting to put together items from different designers to create an awesome outfit.  I believe I successfully did just that for this blog post!

I will start from the top and work my way down in describing this outfit.  The top I am wearing is from No Name and is available at the Garage Fair.  The Candy Corset Top has rounded neckline with thick straps around the shoulders.  The corset part is a suede with a lighter color thin band at the top part and bottom of the corset and laces up the back.

This top fits superbly and has a very awesome HUD that allows for customization of each part of the top. There are six color options each for the top part, the corset, the back of the corset and the laces

The Candy Corset Top is made for the five standard mesh sizes as well as Belleza Freya/Isis/Venus and Slink Physique. I have the Maitreya Lara mesh body and it fit perfectly on me wearing the medium mesh size.

The skirt I paired with the top is the Deathroll Skirt from Blasphemic.  This is a basic skirt that should be a staple of anyone's inventory.   Because of it's simplicity it can go with just about anything. It is very well textured and has a bit of a shine to it. A nice detail is the small silver zipper on the back of the skirt.

The Deathroll Skirt is made for Belleza Freya/Isis/Venus, Maitryea, Slink Hourglass/Physique and Tonic.  It is available in a myriad of different colors (black, babygirl (, blue, olive, pink, purple and red)

No well put together outfit would not be complete without the accessories.  I love vintage style jewelry and so I was drawn to this lovely jewelry set by Yokana while I was looking around at the Garage FairJewelry Set 23 consists of a necklace and earrings. The necklace has an intricate wide chain with several drop chains that have diamond shaped links with a gold bead in the middle.  Each drop chain ends in a black bead followed by a gold bead.  The earrings match the drop chains on the necklace.  I love the look of this elegant jewelry set and I can envision wearing it with many other outfits.

To finish off this awesome outfit I found some very awesome shoes.  The Safely High Heels from ArisAris are another great find at the Garage Fair.  These heels have a retro feel about them and are very colorful.  They were the first thing that caught my eye when I entered the ArisAris space at the Garage Fair. The front of the heels have a peep toe and a wide band followed by a thinner band that covers the foot top.  There is a thin strap with a buckle that goes around the back of the foot. The bottom of the heel is thick at the front and then gets thinner at the back and the heel is a thin and high.  What's really fabulous about these heels is the cool HUD that's included with them. You can choose complete colors/patterns or you can customize each part of the heel separately. The Safely High Heels are made for Maitreya and Slink High feet.
