Shae's Designs has some fun items available at the Garage Fair that I want so share with you.

The Camry Pajama Pants are loose and comfortable and perfect to wear when you feel like being ultra casual or for hanging out at home.  There are six different versions (Three solids and three patterened) to choose from at the Garage Fair.   They are made for Classic Avatar bodies as well as   Belleza Freya/Isis/Venus, Maitreya, Slink Hourglass/Physique, Tonic Curvy/Fine and TMP. 

The Heather Ruffle Crop Top has one long sleeve on one side and sleeveless on the other. A lovely fluted ruffle goes along the neckline of the top. There are six colors available at the Garage Fair that can be mixed and matched with the Camry Pajama Pants. The top is made for  Belleza Freya/Isis/Venus, Maitreya, and Slink Hourglass/Physique.

There are also some awesome jeans available at the Garage Fair from Shae's Design. The Kristell BF Jeans are a cuffed straight legged jeans with an awesome black belt.  They are comfortably worn looking made of distressed denim with a few small tears at the knees and pockets. These jeans are availabe in six colors at the Garage Fair and are made for Belleza Freya/Isis/Venus, Maitreya and Slink Hourglass/Physique.

The Flirt Alert Lipstick is available from Indulge Temptation at the May round of the Makeover Room.  There are 12 applier HUDs available for Catwa Mesh heads each with a choice of five rich glossy lip colors.

The awesome nail pattern is an exclusive at the Dark Style Fair from Dark Passions Koffin Nails.  Lunar Light Nails have the phases of the moon running down the center on a sold colored background.   There are applier HUDs for Maitreya, Omega and Slink each with nine different background colors from which to choose and each sells for 170L.  The fatpack which includes all the applier HUDs is 290L..

I have a whole blog post full of awesome items to share.  The Garage Fair is still running and ends on May 15th so there is still plenty of time to get there and find some great items. I am featuring a hairstyle I picked up from the Hairology event which runs until May 30th,

The Short & Skirt outfit from Gypsy Chick is a Garage Fair exclusive.  This is a one piece outfit that includes a cute quarter length sleeved wrap top that is longer in the back then in the front.  The shorts are a distressed denim with a rip in the front and zipper pockets as well as regular pockets.

The Short & Skirt outfit is made for five standard mesh and fitmesh sizes, Belleza, Maitreya and Slink.  It is available in the five different top colors shown here.  You get two versions of this outfit with your purchase.  One version has light denim shorts and the other with dark denim shorts.

Gypsy Chic also has some cute casual sandals that go with the Skirt & Short outfit perfectly.  The Ribbon Sandals are a flat sandal with a cute bow over the toe and a strap around the ankle.

The Ribbon Sandals are made for Slink Flat feet and TMP.  There are eight colors available at the Garage Fair. 

The hairstyle I am wearing is the latest from Mina at the Hairology event.  Marion is a long straight style parted in the middle and tapered in the back.  You get a materials version and a non materials version and the HUD with the color options.   Marion is available in a fatpack with all the colors or different color packs shown above. Always be sure to try the demo before making any hair purchase.

The complete this awesome outfit I am wearing jewelry from Wicked.  The Kate necklace is made up of five strands of beads.  There is a HUD included that has four color options for each bead strand.  The Maria bracelet consists of a strand of beads with a thin solid band on each side.  The HUD included with this bracelet has nine color options for the beads and five color options for the bands.

Look #140: Darkly Glamorous

I love to put an outfit together with items from a single fashion event. I was pretty successful in putting together an outfit with mainly items available at the Garage Fair.

The Sarah Set from Delirium Style includes a top, leggings and shoes.   The top is a loose halter that' hangs very nicely and is just a bit more dressy than a normal halter top.  The straps that wrap around the neck meet up in the back to form one strap.

The excellent fitting leggings are made of leather and have a snakeskin texture. They start out black at the top and a different color at the bottom.

The final piece of this set are the leather ankle boots.  These boots have great details like the visible white stitching and wedge heels. They lace up and have two straps with buckles on the outside. They are mainly black with the exception of a colored panel on the back of the heel.

There is a HUD included that provides eight color options each for the top, the bottom part of the leggings and the colored panel on the boots. Both the top and leggings are mesh and are made for the five standard sizes.  The boots are made for Slink High feet.

The jewelry I am wearing is from Indulge Temptation.  This Garage Fair exclusive is the Simplicity Set.  This set includes a necklace, bracelet and earrings that consist of large chain links.  Because of it's elegant simplicity it can be worn with a variety of outfits.  It comes with a HUD that has ten color options that makes it even more versatile.  This jewelry set can easily be an inventory staple.

Sintiklia has a fun hairstyle available at the Garage Fair called Sally.  It comes in pieces which you put together.  First there is a movable/resizable head piece and then a choice of either long rigged pony tails or short resizable pony tails.  The fun thing about the Sally hair is you can have one color on the left and a different color on the right.  There are separate left and right HUDs to accommodate this. 

The Sally hair is available as eight different color packs or a fatpack of all the colors.There are hairpins with a color HUD included as a gift in every pack (not pictured) that can be worn on each ponytail.

I had to have some awesome nails to go with this awesome outfit.  I immediately thought of Koffin Nails by Dark Passions. The set I chose is called Something Wicked. It starts out black at the tip of the nail and then has an iridescent color down both sides of the nail. The nail applier has nine different color options and there is an applier HUD for Maitreya, Omega and Slink Nails/Toes.

Look #138: City Elegance

This blog post is jammed packed with awesome items from the Garage Fair and also something from the Thrift Shop.   So where to begin... I will start with the awesome outfit I have put together.

This beautiful top I am wearing is the Lorelle Long Top and is a Garage Fair exclusive from Karla Boutique.   This top is a long halter top with a beautiful floral lace fabric. The straps and waist band are made from a different floral lace of the same color. The waist band wraps around and under the back of the top which hangs lower than the front.  The Lorelle Long Top is available in the grey color you see here and is made for five standard fitmesh/rigged sizes as well as for Maitreya and Slink.

I paired this lovely top with a pair of great leggings available at the Thrift Shop from Grumble.   The fabric of these Omega Applier leggings is a small houndstooth pattern.  I chose the grey to go with the top but there are six other colors available.  Definitely a good staple to have in the inventory to go with long tops!

I wanted to feature some items available at the Garage Fair that weren't clothing related.  The first item is an awesome skybox home called the City Loft from EnMeshed.  I have never been really excited about skyboxes until I saw this one.  I knew I liked this when I could envision what I could do to decorate it.

There is a patio area with a glass ceiling and a tile floor at the entrance of the skybox.  Perfect for putting some outdoor patio furniture which I did (See below).  The inside is really quite roomy. It has a wood floor, brick walls on the right and left and a plaster wall in the middle.  There are black wood stairs that lead up to a loft area that has a black wood floor and an awesome patterned glass tile ceiling framed in dark wood.  The pillars that hold up the loft area are really quite rich looking and match the door.  The City Loft skybox takes up 22 prims which really isn't that much for such a rich warm looking place. 

Enmeshed also has a cute patio set available at the Garage Fair that looks great in the patio area of the City Loft skybox.  The set includes a clay fireplace with a warm fire blazing, a wrought iron table and a matching chair made of wood and wrought iron, and a planter that comes in two sizes with pink flowers as well (small one not pictured here).  Everything in this set is copyable.

Some other furniture items from the Garage Fair that would go great in the skybox are from Q-Essentials and Munspain.   Q-Essentials has some awesome area rugs and a cute fan that will add character to any space.  The Havelland rug (pictured left) is grey with white diamonds pattern.  the Nordis rug (pictured right) is also gray with an interesting pattern of round striped shapes.  The Optimus Breeze floorfan has a black stand and white fan spokes.

Munspain has some shelving items that are great for displaying picture frames, flowers, etc.  There are three sizes of cube shelves (Cube Shelf Set 1, Set 2, and Set 3)  These shelves are on wheels and made of a distressed light colored wood. These shelf cubes are great by themselves or arranged together.   There is also a wood shelf made of a light wood with silver brackets. These items are copyable so you can rezz as many as you need for your space.

Look #137: Looking Hip and Fashionable

The Garage Fair has many participant designers who have items to make you look hip and fashionable. I put together this awesome outfit to feature three of those designers.

I will start out with the jacket/top combo from ArisAris.  The Imagine Jacket and Top includes a cropped hoodie jacket with a ribbed texture.  The short sleeves of the jacket are cuffed and there is a band of the same color as the cuff on the bottom of the jacket.  The top is a round necked tank that ends just above the hips to show a bit of skin.

The Imagine Jacket and Top comes with a wonderful HUD.  This HUD has twelve jacket options and twelve top options that include four solid colors and eight patterns.  There are also options to wear just the jacket or just the top.

This jacket and top combo is made for the five standard mesh sizes as well as Belleza Freya/Isis/Venus, Maitreya, Slink Hourglass/Physique and TMP.

These very hip shorts I am wearing are available at the Garage Fair from Legal Insanity. The Blossom shorts are a slightly worn denim shorts that are cuffed and belted.  I love the wide belt with the large peace sign buckle.  They are available in four solid colors and two cool patterns.  The Blossom shorts are mesh and made for five standard sizes, Belleza Freya/Isis/Venus, and Slink Hourglass/Physique.  I have a Maitreya body and I am able to wear the medium mesh size with no problems.

The Embroidery Flat Shoes are from Lakshmi and are a gacha item at the Garage Fair.  These are flat shoes with a rounded toe and a lovely embroidery pattern.  There are ten colors available as the common gacha items and three colors that are rare.  There is also the three rare colors available in a hudded version that is also a rare item.

These shoes are casually elegant and there are colors available that would fit anybody's wardrobe.

Look #135: A Bohemian Spring Day

I absolutely love lace and the offerings from MooH at the Garage Fair use lace to make an elegant casual outfit.

The Abby Pants is the gift available from MooH at the Grarage Fair. These mesh pants start out at the top with a solid ribbed texture band.  The top section of the pants has a white lace overlay that ends below the knee. The legs are flared which elongates the look of the legs. 

The Rayna top is a halter top with the same lace as the pants that borders the round neckline and ends above the chest. The back of the top has a triangle shaped lace piece that ends in a lace bow in the middle of the back.

The Rayna Top is available in ten colors and is made for the five standard Mesh/Fitmesh sizes as well as Belleza, Maitreya, Slink and TMP.  There are four colors of the Abby pants and they are made for the five standard mesh sizes.

The Bohemian Mesh Sandals from PecuShop at the Garage Fair were the perfect footwear to complete the outfit.   They have a band that runs up the middle of the foot and two straps that cross the middle band. There is an anklet cuff that comes in three versions for the sandals, One says Peace, one says Love and the third one says Hope.  There is also a version of the sandals that doesn't have the anklet cuff.  The Bohemian Mesh Sandals are made for Slink Flat feet and are available in seven colors.

Look #134: Hanging Out on a Lazy Day

Sometimes there are days where it's good to just hang out and do nothing.  On these days, I like to be as comfortable as I can. One of my favorites stores, Petite Mort, has some exclusive items at the Garage Fair that have comfortable written all over them.

The Knotted Tank top is a cropped tank that is knotted beneath the chest.  It has a piping edge along the rounded neckline and armholes.  The weathered texture is very comfortable looking and it has a wonderful fit.

The other exclusive Garage Fair item from Petite Mort is the Filthy/Clean Boyfriend Jeans.  These are loose fitting belted jeans with cuffed legs.  They have a distressed texture with rips on the legs.  The filthy version of these jeans has paint spatter and patches.  

The Knotted Tank is made for the five standard mesh sizes as well as Belleza Freya/Isis/Venus and Slink Hourglass/Physique. There are 18 separate colors available which includes all the colors of the rainbow plus basic colors as well. There are also three fatpacks of six colors available.

There are six colors each of the Clean/Filthy Boyfriend Jeans. Each color is available separately or as a fatpack of all the clean versions and a fatpack of all the filthy versions.  These jeans are made for the five standard mesh sizes, Belleza Freya/Isis/Venus; Slink Hourglass/Physique and Maitreya

I wanted to pair this outfit with some comfortable shoes.  I headed to the Petite Mort main store where I found some really cute sneakers.

The Vintage Chuck Sneakers are  mesh lace up sneakers made for standard feet.  I chose the Paisley Chucks because I liked the colors but there are six patterned sneakers  and six solids available. At 50 Lindens each they are quite a bargain.

The good thing about fashion fairs is the discovery of designers.   I had never heard of Tukinowaguma but I plan on visiting the main store based on what they are offering at the Garage Fair. I really love the Garage Fair exclusive hairstyle called Hedda. It's a chin length bob with a bit of a curl up at the bottom.  It's parted and pulled back behind the ear on the right side and brought forward on the left side. 

There is a regular version and unrigged version and the color is controlled by a HUD.  There are four versions available, blonds, browns, red/black and colors each with a HUD that has solid colors and fades.  There is also a fatpack available with all the colors.

The Garage Fair

The theme for this year's Garage Fair is Casual, Urban, Fashionista Style, Old, New & Mixed.  The event features many top designers with exclusive items 50% off and regular items 30% off.  Designer gifts and gachas also available. The Garage Fair started on May 1st and runs until May 15th.
